In the modern and attractively furnished chalet SeinerZeit, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with up to 8 people. Located on the mountainside of Fanningberg at an altitude of about 1500 meters, unforgettable views are guaranteed! The living room consists of a kitchen with all amenities, a dining area and a sitting area with a double sofa bed. On the sleeping floor, there are six sleeping places, divided over three bedrooms. One bedroom has a bathroom en-suite—what a luxury! Within a 10 to 15 minute drive, you’ll reach the village centre of Mariapfarr or Mauterndorf with several restaurants, bars and shops. Do you want to relax? You can do this in the shared sauna area of the chalet village, free of charge once during your stay (thereafter accessible with payment).
In winter, this chalet offers everything you could want for a complete winter sports holiday. It is located at the family-friendly ski area of Fanningberg where you can experience many hours of winter sports fun. If you’d like to visit another resort, hop in the car or ski bus and enjoy the Grosseck-Speiereck or Katschberg-Aineck ski area. Do you want to do something other than skiing or snowboarding? It’s easy to enjoy a toboggan run, go on a sleigh ride or lace up and skate on the natural ice rink at the public swimming pool. Alternatively, take a winter walk through Mauterndorf where you can stroll alongside the castle along the way.
In summer, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in Chalet SeinerZeit and its surroundings. There is a fantastic playground with a nest swing, a large trampoline, and go-karts for the children. Hours of fun guaranteed! Read a good book on the terrace, relax at the natural lake of the Fanningberg Chalets or venture out in the area! Lovers of fly fishing and golf can indulge themselves, while others can enjoy a pony/horse ride or follow one of the marked walking or cycling routes. Up for more action? Mariapfarr lies in the Lungau; a small, beautiful region of the Salzburger region. The ski areas here are appropriately small and attractive, although the 30 kilometres on offer pack in plenty to provide everything a skier could wish for. There are wide, flat slopes for beginners and family groups, while a selection of rapid steep slopes offers the more experienced skier something to look forward to. Mariapfarr itself is the most major town in its municipality, with a historic village centre that has everything a holidaymaker could ever wish for. Fanning is located a little further uphill, located within close proximity to the ski lifts that offer you an easy way to make the 2,400-metre ascent.

The picturesque Mariapfarr in Austria is a beautiful village at an altitude of no less than 1120 metres. Here in the Lungau region, you can get to know the friendliest side of the Tauern Mountains. In summer, the Alpine pastures blossom and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the crystal-clear mountain lakes. This is also the perfect location for a variety of sports.
