In Chalet UnserZeit, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with up to 8 people. The chalet is located at an altitude of about 1500 meters on the mountain slope of Fanningberg, with unforgettable views guaranteed! Upon entering, step into a small hall that provides access to the cosy living room, complete with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a double sofa bed. The staircase in the living room takes you a floor higher with three bedrooms with a double bed, private bathroom and a Finnish sauna! If that’s not perfect for a relaxing holiday, what is? Within a 10 to 15 minutes drive, you can reach the village centre of Mariapfarr or Mauterndorf with several restaurants, bars and shops.
In winter, you can directly access the slopes from Chalet UnserZeit. If you want to check out even more winter sports fun, get in the car or ski bus to the Grosseck-Speiereck or Katschberg-Aineck ski area. Even if you are not such a fanatical skier or snowboarder, you can still experience a fantastic winter holiday. For, example take a sleigh ride, go down the mountain tobogganing or go ice skating on the natural ice rink. At the end of the day, you can relax your muscles in the chalet's private sauna, after which, you can kick back in the seating area, gather around the dining table for a game or chat about the adventures of the day.
In summer, you have all the ingredients for a successful holiday. There is a fantastic playground with a nest swing, a large trampoline, and go-karts for the children. Hours of fun guaranteed! Meet fellow guests at the barbecue area of the chalet village of Fanningberg or catch the last rays of the day at the natural swimming lake. Enjoyment with a capital E! Can’t get enough of the beautiful views? Take an unforgettable flight in a glider from the highest glider airport in Austria! A visit to the castle of Mauterndorf should also not be missed. Nature lovers can discover the landscape on one of the marked walking or cycling routes, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves in the Lungau outdoor park. Mariapfarr lies in the Lungau; a small, beautiful region of the Salzburger region. The ski areas here are appropriately small and attractive, although the 30 kilometres on offer pack in plenty to provide everything a skier could wish for. There are wide, flat slopes for beginners and family groups, while a selection of rapid steep slopes offers the more experienced skier something to look forward to. Mariapfarr itself is the most major town in its municipality, with a historic village centre that has everything a holidaymaker could ever wish for. Fanning is located a little further uphill, located within close proximity to the ski lifts that offer you an easy way to make the 2,400-metre ascent.
