A special feature of the apartment is the dining area, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family or reflect on the day, before or after departure. The apartment accommodates up to six people and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. If you're with a larger group, you can also book Zirberlhütte 6 together with Zirberlhütte 5, allowing you to stay with 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The living room, which is adjacent to the kitchen and has a sofa bed, is a great place to unwind. The two spacious bedrooms are furnished with both single and double beds, offering an ideal combination of comfort and tranquillity. The modern bathroom features a lovely walk-in shower, perfect for a refreshing start or a relaxing end to your day. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for extra convenience. What truly makes this stay special is that you can step directly from the living room onto the terrace with the hot tub. In the winter, Zirberlhütte 6 is the perfect starting point for winter sports enthusiasts. The apartment is directly on the piste, next to the ski lift. Thanks to its unique location in the family-friendly Fanningberg ski area, you can start your day without waiting in line at the lift and be one of the first to leave tracks in the fresh snow. After a morning of skiing, you can enjoy a lovely lunch at one of the nearby mountain huts of Zirberlhütte 6, before heading down a few more pistes. In the evening, after a day filled with snow fun, you return to your cosy apartment and relax in the hot tub on the terrace or take advantage of the shared wellness area with a sauna and relaxation lounge. For an extra winter sports experience, you are even brought to your apartment by snowmobile! Sounds like the perfect holiday, doesn't it?
In the summer, you step directly from your apartment into nature and explore the Austrian landscape through a variety of hiking and mountain biking routes. Mariapfarr lies in the Lungau; a small, beautiful region of the Salzburger region. The ski areas here are appropriately small and attractive, although the 30 kilometres on offer pack in plenty to provide everything a skier could wish for. There are wide, flat slopes for beginners and family groups, while a selection of rapid steep slopes offers the more experienced skier something to look forward to. Mariapfarr itself is the most major town in its municipality, with a historic village centre that has everything a holidaymaker could ever wish for. Fanning is located a little further uphill, located within close proximity to the ski lifts that offer you an easy way to make the 2,400-metre ascent.
