These beautiful apartments are located at an impressive altitude of 1,800 metres in the picturesque Fanningberg, right in the heart of the Biosphärenpark Salzburger Lungau! Both apartments combine modern amenities with an authentic Austrian interior, featuring abundant use of wood. Thanks to this design, Zirberlhütte Family is stylish, cosy, and inviting. Each apartment is equipped with a spacious dining area, perfect for enjoying the most delicious dinners with family or friends! Both Zirberlhütte 5 and Zirberlhütte 6 can accommodate up to six guests, meaning that Zirberlhütte Family has space for a total of twelve people. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The living rooms are perfect for relaxing and provide direct access to the terraces, which feature a hot tub and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. In winter, Zirberlhütte Family is the perfect base for an amazing skiing holiday. The apartments are located right next to the ski lift and slopes! Thanks to this unique location, you can start your day without long queues at the lift and be among the first to hit the slopes of the Fanningberg ski area. Enjoy a delicious lunch in the winter sun at one of the nearby mountain restaurants before tackling more slopes later in the day. After a day of snowy fun, you can request a special snowmobile transfer to your chalet. Once you arrive, you can relax on the terrace in the hot tub or unwind in the shared sauna. Doesn’t that sound like a perfect holiday destination?
In summer, you can hop straight onto your bike, mountain bike, or e-bike to explore the beautiful Austrian landscape. With plenty of cycling routes nearby, this is easily done. Mariapfarr lies in the Lungau; a small, beautiful region of the Salzburger region. The ski areas here are appropriately small and attractive, although the 30 kilometres on offer pack in plenty to provide everything a skier could wish for. There are wide, flat slopes for beginners and family groups, while a selection of rapid steep slopes offers the more experienced skier something to look forward to. Mariapfarr itself is the most major town in its municipality, with a historic village centre that has everything a holidaymaker could ever wish for. Fanning is located a little further uphill, located within close proximity to the ski lifts that offer you an easy way to make the 2,400-metre ascent.

The picturesque Mariapfarr in Austria is a beautiful village at an altitude of no less than 1120 metres. Here in the Lungau region, you can get to know the friendliest side of the Tauern Mountains. In summer, the Alpine pastures blossom and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the crystal-clear mountain lakes. This is also the perfect location for a variety of sports.
