In winter, the apartment is situated in an environment that can best be described as a winter paradise. Mountain Resort Top 10 is located directly on the ski slope of the extensive and snow-sure ski area of Hochkönig, and the ski bus also stops right outside the door! In addition to conquering the slopes of the aforementioned ski area, you can also engage in alternative winter activities such as horseback riding in the snow or tobogganing down the mountain. So, there's something for everyone. At the end of a delightful winter sports day, hang your ski boots in the communal ski storage with a ski boot dryer, ensuring you have dry and warm ski boots the next day, and let your muscles relax in the sauna. Then, experience a cozy evening with your travel companions in the apartment or meet new holiday friends in the communal area.
In summer, it is a true delight to spend your holiday in the Hochkönig region. Not only will you never get enough of the view, but also the many beautiful hiking and cycling trails that this region offers will not disappoint. Dienten is a small but cozy village at the foot of this region where various enjoyable activities and excursions can be made. For children, the Alpin Park Dienten climbing park is very entertaining. Adrenaline junkies can have their fill with the Alpine Coaster summer toboggan run in Biberg (20 km from Dienten). With the included Hochkönig card, you can also undertake various free activities or take advantage of interesting discounts. Play tennis for free on the tennis court in Maria Alm and Mühlbach or unlimitedly ride the cable car up the mountain (and down) with the whole family! Or take (with a discount) a boat trip on Lake Zell. But staying at home for a day and enjoying the phenomenal views from the balcony is, of course, also a delightful way to spend your holiday.
