Description
This four-room penthouse apartment is located on the third floor of the Mountain Resort in Dienten am Hochkönig and is equipped for up to eight people. The apartament fully meets contemporary standards with luxury furniture, new equipment and modern bathrooms. Because it is on the top floor, the apartment has beautiful high ceilings to the ridge of the complex, with wooden beams that provide a rustic, Austrian atmosphere. There is an open kitchen in the spacious living room and a comfortable seating area. The dining table is surrounded by large windows, giving you a beautiful view of the mountain peaks of Hochkönig. There are three bedrooms in total: two with double beds and one with two bunk beds. On the ground floor of the apartment complex is a party room with about 30 seats. In this room, there is also a table tennis table and a pool table, which can be used for a fee. In the basement of the Mountain Resort is a communal relaxation room with infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, walk-in shower and sunbeds. In winter, the apartment benefits from its fantastic location on the ski slope of the Hochkönig ski area. The ski area is known as one of the most snow-heavy areas of Austria. The ski slope runs right past the MountainResort, so it really is ski-in/ski-out. The ski bus stops next door and a ski school can be found directly across the street, – what more could you want? After a sporty day on the slopes, come home and hang your ski boots on the ski boot dryer so they are ready for the next day.
In summer, there is a lot to do in the Hochkönig region. Besides fantastic hiking routes, there are also many great excursions for young and old in this holiday region. Try the Alpine Coaster summer toboggan run in Biberg (20 km from Dienten), or take the children to check out the large outdoor pool in Maria Alm, with a slide and sunbathing area. And a nice extra, the Hochkönig Card is included! With it, you can undertake various activities for free or at a discount. Think of visiting museums, an Alpine coaster ride, archery, sauna or wellness, a visit to a salt mine.
