This 3-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful village of Dienten am Hochkönig, is on the second floor of the Mountain Resort and is equipped for 6 people. The apartment has a homely interior with a comfortable corner sofa in the living room and cozy dining area in the open kitchen. All bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view every day and sniff the wonderful mountain air! What more could you want.But not only in apartment Top 2 is it wonderful to stay! The apartment complex has a common social and relaxation area. In the companion room there is a pool table, table tennis table and 30 seats. And if you want pure relaxation, you can use an infrared and Finnish sauna in the relaxation room. If that's not going to be a wonderful vacation!
In winter, the apartment has a fantastic location on the ski slopes of the Hochkönig ski area, making it truly ski-in, ski-out. The ski bus stops next door and a ski school can be found directly across the street, – what more could you want? The ski area of Hockkönig is known as one of the snowiest ski areas in Austria and is part of the large Ski Amadé. Besides downhill skiing and snowboarding, you can also enjoy cross-country skiing, tobogganing or winter hiking – the possibilities are endless. After an active day in the snow, you can hang all your stuff in the shared ski storage to dry so you’re ready for new adventures the next day!
In summer, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. There’s no better way to start the day. And a nice extra, the Hochkönig Card is included! With it, you can undertake various activities for free or at a discount. Think of visiting museums, an Alpine coaster ride, archery, sauna or wellness, a visit to a salt mine. For the children, there is plenty to do in the area. The large outdoor pool with a slide in the nearby village of Maria Alm will provide hours of water fun while you enjoy the sun on the lawn. The Hochkönig region also has many well-marked walking and cycling routes, either for a leisurely walk or an intensive mountain bike tour. What activities can't you wait to experience?
