Just outside the centre of the Austrian village of Sankt Margerethen im Lungau are the Residenz Monica apartments. On the ground floor, you'll find this inviting apartment that comfortably accommodates up to four people comfortably. The terrace is sunny and has an unobstructed view over the Katschberg mountain pastures. The apartment is well laid out and attractively decorated and furnished. In the living room, you can relax in the comfortable sitting area by the cosy fireplace, or whip up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the dining table. The two bedrooms both have a double bed and there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One car can be parked at the apartment complex and there is a restaurant within walking distance of the apartment where you can enjoy the delicious Austrian cuisine.
In winter this apartment is an ideal base of operations for a holiday to remember. You're directly on the ski slope here and within walking distance of the ski gondola for the family-friendly ski region of Aineck-Katschberg. The ski school and sports shop are directly at the gondola, while the village serves as the start for several cross-country trails. On the Katschberg is a toboggan run stretching almost two kilometres that makes an exciting alternative to skiing or snowboarding. What's more, the nearby village of Mauterndorf is crying out for a day trip with its historic architecture and castle.
