You can enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Austrian village of Mauterndorf with up to nine guests in this attractively furnished detached chalet. The sleek, modern kitchen has a cosy breakfast bar and a spacious dining area. You can relax in the luxurious and comfortable sitting area. The living room also has direct access to a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The sleeping areas are divided into four bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed; one bedroom with three single beds; and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. As icing on the cake, the chalet has a Finnish sauna in the luxurious relaxation room!
In winter, after you've relaxed your muscles in the sauna, you can light up the fireplace at the end of the day and chat about the winter sports adventures that everyone had. Did you visit Grosseck/Speiereck, Obertauern, or Fanningberg ski area? Perhaps you took a nice winter walk along the impressive castle of Mauterndorf, which is also where the impressive illuminated toboggan run is located, or maybe you went on an exciting a sleigh ride? When staying at Panorama Chalet Elkhorn, there are so many possibilities, and they’re all easy to get to! The ski bus has a stop within walking distance of the chalet, so you can easily hit the slopes. In addition, there are three parking spaces included, one of which is covered.
In summer, you can enjoy the weather, both in and around the chalet, while the children have fun in the garden. Start with a tasty breakfast in the Austrian outdoors and then go and explore the area! A visit to SMARTY Kinderland is perfect for the children, and the beautiful castle of Mauterndorf shouldn't be missed by anyone. Check out Mauterndorf's cosy village centre, or explore nature itself by travelling one of the marked walking or cycling routes in the area. Mauterndorf lies at an altitude of just under 1,100 metres in the middle of the Lungau, the south-eastern tip of the Salzburger Land on the border with Styria.
