This spacious chalet property has ample room to accommodate groups of up to 10 people. This stunning chalet is situated on the outskirts of the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel, with a fantastic layout for practicality and all the facilities you need for comfort. You'll love the cosy living room, with plentiful seating so everyone can get comfy. There's also a traditional Austrian dining area where delicious meals can be served up once you've made them in the fully equipped kitchen. There's also a sauna room, while three of the four bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathrooms. In terms of sleeping arrangements, there are three bedrooms with double beds and en suites, while a fourth bedroom includes a double bed and a bunk bed. This holiday home is ideal for those travelling with young children, with a reliable stair gate for safety, plus a baby pool.
In winter, head a mere 100 metres down the road to the Emerald Railroad. This ski lift will transport you to the top of the family-friendly ski area of Wildkogel Arena. The larger ski area of Kitzbüheler Arena is also close by, with its own ski lift access a short, five-minute drive from the chalet. At the end of an active day, you'll feel like racing back to the chalet to relax in the sauna. After you've soaked up the steam, curl up by the fireplace for a cosy evening.
In summer, you can experience a summer holiday like no other in this part of Austria. The children will enjoy themselves in the playground near the Grünerstein chalets while you enjoy the summer sun on the chalet's terrace/balcony.
