You can enjoy a relaxing, comfortable holiday with up to 12 people in this luxurious chalet. Chalet Emerald is part of the Smaragdresort, located on the edge of the charming village centre of Bramberg am Wildkogel. The chalet’s living room is a wonderful place to relax in comfort, while the modern kitchen consists of an island and a spacious dining table with a wide view of the surrounding mountains. You also have access to the terrace from the living room. For the ultimate in relaxation after an active day in the Austrian mountains, take a seat in the Finnish sauna. There are five bedrooms, two of which are equipped with en-suite bathrooms. Celebrate your holidays with your young children – there is a stair gate so they can safely walk around the chalet. The resort's shared parking garage is a 25-metre walk away.
In winter, you’ll find the location of the chalet is perfect for skiing, as both the valley run and the toboggan run travel directly past the Smaragdresort. In addition, the ski-in, ski-out chalet has its own ski storage room with ski boot dryer. The Smaragdbahn gondola takes you high into the Wildkogel Arena ski area and is located at the bottom of the downhill run, where you’ll also find the ski school. Cross-country enthusiasts can enjoy many kilometres of trails with impressive views of the Groβvenediger. If you want even more options, it’s just a five-minute drive by car or free ski bus to the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach, which takes you into the vast ski area of the Kitzbüheler Alpen.
In summer, you’ll feel like a king at Chalet Emerald as you start each day with a breathtaking view of the mountain peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park. If you want to explore the area, there are plenty of walking or cycling routes. Alternatively, fill the day with water fun at a swimming lake in the area – a great option when travelling with children. A visit to the Bramberg museum will explain the origin of the name of the resort. Here, you can view, among other things, the world-famous emerald from the Habach Valley. You’ll also receive discounted or free admission to various attractions in the area with the included Nationalpark Sommercard.
