Luxury and comfort are high on the agenda at this stunning holiday let. This maisonette house has room for eight holidaymakers. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a modern kitchen with all amenities and a large dining table in traditional Austrian style. The dining table is surrounded by ceiling-high windows, giving you a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain scenery and the ski lift. It's hard to imagine a better place to start the day with a hearty breakfast. The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the lower floor. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed) have private bathrooms with shower and washbasin. There is another bedroom with a double bed and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. After an active day in the Austrian countryside, you can relax in the wellness area with Finnish sauna, shower and sitting area.
In winter, you can easily access the slopes from your holiday home! The valley descent from the Wildkogel Arena family ski area runs directly past the Emerald Resort. The Emerald Cable Car is within walking distance of the holiday home and takes you high into the Wildkogel Arena. Want to brave even more kilometres of slopes? The larger ski area of Kitzbüheler Alpen is easily accessible by ski bus or car. Two cars can be parked in the communal parking garage. After a day on the slopes, you can relax in the comfortable seating area or relax in the sauna so you're fully refreshed ahead of another active day.
In summer, you will experience a memorable holiday in the Bramberg area. Start the day with a delicious cup of coffee or tea on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful surroundings, although you'll have to check to make sure you're not dreaming! Then it's time to take a closer look at the scenery, with many walking and cycling routes on offer.
