This eight-person maisonette is part of the luxurious Smaragdresort, located just off the centre of the picturesque Austrian village of Bramberg am Wildkogel. The attractively furnished holiday residence has a spacious terrace with an unforgettable view of the surrounding mountains. You'll also enjoy the view through the large glass windows from the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped. The sleeping spaces are divided into three bedrooms, two of which are en suite. There is also a lovely relaxation area on the ground floor, with a Finnish sauna, a seating area, shower and access to the patio. After a visit to the hot sauna, you can cool off in the open Austrian air without worrying about your privacy – now that’s pure enjoyment!
In winter, you have everything you need for a versatile winter sports holiday at Top 4.6. The valley run passes right by the Smaragdresort, so you can immediately hop on the slopes! You’ll also find the ski school near the Smaragdbahn ski lift, within walking (or skiing) distance. The ski gondola takes you to an altitude of 2,000 metres in the family-friendly Wildkogel Arena ski area. Ski enthusiasts can explore more slopes in the vast Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area – a five-minute drive takes you to the Panoramabahn gondola in Hollersbach, which takes you to the ski area. The less fanatical winter sports enthusiast can have fun in and around the Smaragdresort, while the children can ride on the practice slope. After a day outdoors, enjoy the Austrian après-ski in the charming village centre of Bramberg.
In summer, you will experience the holiday you’ve always wanted in this unique accommodation.
