This beautiful duplex house is part of the Smaragdresort in Bramberg am Wildkogel. The apartment has room for up to eight people and is fully equipped. Your car can be parked in the underground garage, which has direct access to the apartment. In the middle of the house is a beautiful patio, which allows plenty of natural light. You can look out over the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park from the spacious living room and kitchen, and dream away while enjoying this beautiful view from the comfortable corner sofa. There is an extra fridge and the dining table is in a classic Austrian style. The sleeping spaces are divided into three bedrooms. Finally, for the ultimate holiday feeling, you can use the relaxation room with a Finnish sauna, walk-in shower, seating, sun loungers and access to the patio, to truly bathe in luxury!
In winter, Top 4.7 is a great place to stay. Step out of the door almost directly onto the ski slope of the Wildkogel Arena for an authentic ski-in, ski-out experience. At the bottom of the piste, step into the Smaragdbahn gondola that takes you high up in the mountains. And how about a ride on the 14 km-long toboggan run of Bramberg? It takes 45 minutes to race down the mountain, past the Smaragdresort. Those looking to try something other than skiing can ride with the children or enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in the quaint village centre of Bramberg. But if you’re a ski fanatic, you can find even more pistes in the vast Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area, just a five-minute drive away from the resort.
In summer, the location of this apartment is ideal for a versatile holiday. There are plenty of beautiful and well-maintained walking and cycling paths to follow in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
