This luxury duplex apartment, with room for up to eight people, is part of the Smaragdresort in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Smaragdresort Top 4.8 is fully equipped and has luxurious and modern finishes. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a classic Austrian dining area. Because apartment Top 4.8 is located on the corner, two extra windows have been placed near the dining area so that you have a view of the church tower of Bramberg. You can sit back in the comfortable seating area, but if you want to relax completely, the relaxation room with a Finnish sauna seating, sun loungers and shower is the place to be. There are three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms. The maisonette is equipped with a stair gate in the living room for the safety of your children. Two cars can be parked in the shared parking garage.
In winter, you're in for a wonderful winter sports holiday in apartment Smaragdresort Top 4.8! Directly from your apartment, you can take the descent that ends at the gondola that will take you back to the top of the mountain. The ski school is also located at the gondola and you can even take a sleigh ride on the practice slope! You can easily reach the larger ski area of the Kitzbüheler Alpen from the Smaragdresort. Skis and ski boots can be stored in the shared storage area of the resort before enjoying all the comforts the holiday home has to offer. If you prefer to venture out, try the cosy village centre for the lively après-ski to end the day.
In summer, Smaragdresort Top 4.8 offers the perfect base for various excursions. During your stay, you can use the Nationalpark Sommercard, which allows you to use the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn for free, or to visit museums in one of the surrounding villages, among other things. You can also rent an e-bike with a discount, and follow part of the famous Hohe Tauernradweg along the Salzach River and through picturesque Austrian villages. Sports enthusiasts can even take intensive hikes or mountain bike tours through the nature reserve of Hohe Tauern National Park. If you prefer to stay at home, catch up on some reading on the terrace in peace and quiet.
