This charming and modern furnished apartment for 4 to 6 people is lovely to stay in every season. The apartment is located on the ground floor of Residenz am Sonnenhang, with its own sunny terrace and access to the garden. You can relax in the sitting area in the living room, have a nice meal in the dining area, and prepare a tasty meal in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. You have access to your own terrace from the living room, where you and your group can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. A perfect addition to your holiday! There are two bedrooms with a super-comfy double bed, and there is even an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Such luxury! You can step onto the terrace from both bedrooms, ideal for taking in the fresh mountain air in the morning. From the house, you can walk into the pleasant centre of the village of Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, with a supermarket around the corner and many delicious restaurants and cosy bars. The valley station of the Wildkogelbahn is less than 150m away. In short, an excellent base for a fantastic holiday!
In winter, you are at an altitude of 2300 metres in no time; the ski lift of the Wildkogel Arena ski area is a short walk from the apartment. The ski school and ski rental are also nearby. The family-friendly ski area offers hours of fun to both novice and experienced winter sports enthusiasts. If you still want to brave even more kilometres of slopes, you can get on the free ski bus or in the car to one of the extensive neighbouring ski areas, the Zillertal Arena or the Kitzbüheler Alpen. The winter sports equipment can be stored after an intensive day in the snow in the general ski storage with lockable lockers. As well as skiing or tobogganing, we highly recommend booking a leisurely horse-drawn sleigh ride while admiring the outstanding surroundings. And nothing is better than coming home to a luxurious apartment after a beautiful day in the snow and relaxing on the sofa.
In summer, there's no better way to start the day better than with breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. Then it's time to head out because there are many things to do when it comes to activities. Lace up your mountain boots for an invigorating walk, plunge into one of the area's many natural swimming pools, or take a bike (or a mountain bike for the sports enthusiasts) for a wonderful ride through the mountains.Did you know that the National Park Summer Card is included in the cost of your holiday? This allows you to undertake more than 60 fun activities in the beautiful surroundings for free or with a significant discount. Limitless options and too little time! There's no reason to feel bored this summer.

The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
