In this warm, comfortable holiday apartment, with a cool and modern interior, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with 8 persons in the pleasant village of Neukirchen am Großvenediger. You will immediately feel right at home in Am Sonnenhang Top 4! The wide glass front provides wonderful light, making the apartment feel even more spacious than it already is. The open kitchen is practically laid out, and you have everything at your disposal to prepare a tasty meal. In the morning, take a seat at the cozy dining table with a delicious cup of coffee or settle down in the comfortable sitting area, which is also a sofa bed, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountains. From the living room, step onto the spacious balcony. Adjacent to the sitting area are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed. The other bedroom, with a double bed, bathroom en suite, and access to its own balcony, can be reached through the hall that provides access to the toilet, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and the icing on the cake is the spacious Finnish sauna. You can park under the complex itself; there are two covered parking spaces with this apartment. Fortunately, you can often leave the car behind because Neukirchen am Großvenediger has quaint eateries, bakeries with tasty sandwiches, and a supermarket within walking distance.
In winter, you can walk to the valley station of the Wildkogelbahn gondola in a few minutes. Before you know it, you are on top of the slopes, and your winter sports holiday has really started. Neukirchen am Großvenediger is a pleasant town with good winter sports facilities. The Wildkogel Arena ski area is known for its family friendliness. Fanatics who want even more challenge caxn take a trip to the nearby Kitzbüheler Alpen or the Zillertal Arena. Store your winter sports gear at the end of the day in the shared storage room with lockers. Relax your muscles in the spacious sauna, play a board game at the dining table or curl up on the couch to relive the winter sports adventures of that day together.
In the summer, you can soak up the beautiful view at the start of your holiday while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee or tea on the balcony. After an excellent breakfast, you'll want to head out. Put on your hiking boots for a lovely walk, rent a bicycle and follow (part of) the famous Hohe Tauernradweg and take the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn back to Neukirchen. On foot into the mountains, rafting, swimming in the Naturbadeanlage, summer tobogganing, mountain biking, or a visit to the impressive Krimmler Wasserfälle, it's all possible! Countless possibilities and time too short. You don't have to be bored this summer.
