If you are looking for a warm and modern furnished apartment to relax and unwind, then the Am Sonnenhang Top 8 apartment is the perfect location. The apartment is on the third floor and is optionally accessible by an elevator. Everything you need is available in the open kitchen, and you can dine comfortably in the dining area. Both the dining area and the sitting area are adjacent to a large glass front that offers views of the surrounding mountains. You almost have a panoramic view! You step onto the balcony through the dining area, which is equipped with beautiful garden furniture and also brings light into the apartment, making it feel even more spacious than it already is. You will enjoy an excellent night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and access to a second balcony. The last two sleeping places are on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet, one of which has a Finnish sauna. You can park under the complex itself; there are two covered parking spaces with this apartment. From the house, you can walk straight into the cosy centre of the village of Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, with a supermarket around the corner and the many good restaurants and bars. The valley station of the Wildkogelbahn is less than 150m away. In short, an excellent base for a great holiday!
In winter, you can walk to the Wildkogelbahn gondola in a few minutes, which takes you high in the Wildkogel Arena ski area. Your winter sports holiday starts here! The Wildkogel Arena is famous for being a family-friendly area and has Europe's longest floodlit natural toboggan run. An experience not to be forgotten. Prefer something more challenging on the slats? The adjacent ski areas, Zillertal Arena and Kitzbüheler Alpen, are excellent for this and easily accessible by ski bus from the Wildkogelbahn. Store your winter sports gear at the end of the day in the shared storage room with lockers. Warm up in the winter sun on one of the two terraces, relax your muscles in the spacious sauna, play a board game at the dining table or curl up on the couch to relive the winter sports adventures of that day together.
In the summer, start the day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace with magnificent views of the mountain landscape and the gondola, which you see steadily coming and going up the mountain. Time to explore the area? The local tourist office, within walking distance of the apartment, organizes many activities, such as guided walking tours. On holiday with small children? Rent a hiking backpack to explore the mountains with your little one on your back. Enjoy the Austrian cuisine? There is a choice of many restaurants in the pleasant village centre.
