Haus Floria Top 2 is a spacious and atmospheric apartment and an ideal place to spend a holiday. The property is located just outside the village of Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, allowing you to fully enjoy the tranquillity, nature and the magnificent view, including the imposing Grossvenediger (3,666 m), Austria’s fifth highest mountain. The apartment is 75 m² in size and features a cosy living room with a comfortable seating area, the perfect place to relax together after an active day. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the dining area and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together. With two spacious bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone: one bedroom has a double bed and the other has a double bed and a bunk bed. The luxurious bathroom is fitted with a bath/shower combination, a double sink and a toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet in the property. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the entire apartment is always pleasantly warm. Outside, you will find a lovely covered terrace with a garden, facing south, where you can enjoy the sun and the magnificent mountain scenery. You can park your car easily in the covered parking space right next to the apartment. In addition, a secure storage room is available for skis, snowboards or mountain bikes. At Haus Floria Top 2, you will be in your element, whether you are travelling to Austria for an active holiday in the mountains or a relaxing time in the fresh mountain air. The property is the perfect base for an unforgettable time in the Alps.
In winter, you can step straight onto the Neukirchen gondola, located a short distance from Haus Floria Top 2, to discover the beautiful slopes of the Wildkogel Arena. You can take the ski bus, which stops about 250 metres from the property, or travel to the gondola by car. In addition to the wonderful slopes, which you can fully enjoy as a skier or snowboarder, you can also experience the tranquillity, nature and breathtaking views while cross-country skiing in the Wildkogel Arena. This area offers 45 kilometres of perfectly prepared trails. After a day full of fun in the snow, you can warm your (ski) boots in the apartment’s special room, so that you can set off the next day with warm feet. And when you come back inside, you can sink into the sofa and enjoy the wonderful warmth that the property provides.
In summer, you can fully enjoy the large garden with a waterfall, where children can have a great time. The town of Neukirchen am Grossvenediger is certainly worth a visit, but the real magic is in the nature surrounding Haus Floria Top 2. Think of impressive mountains, stunning views, babbling brooks and vast forests. Here, you can spend hours walking, cycling or mountain biking while enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of the surroundings. Bring a delicious picnic or try the local delicacies on the terrace of a cosy mountain restaurant. After an active day, there is nothing better than relaxing at the property, where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine and reflect on the day together. The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
