Welcome to Chalet Achkogel, your luxurious retreat in the beautiful Nationalpark Chalets, near the picturesque village of Neukirchen am Großvenediger. This charming chalet, named after the majestic Achkogel mountain peak, accommodates up to 6 people and promises you and your family an unforgettable vacation experience in both winter and summer. This detached chalet is tastefully decorated and offers a spacious living room with a cozy seating area by the fireplace, a welcoming dining area, and a modern kitchen with a central island. Large windows allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountain peaks. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature a large double bed, with one even having its own bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet for added privacy and comfort. Additionally, there's one bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children. After a day filled with adventures, you can unwind in the Finnish sauna.

In the winter, Chalet Achkogel offers an idyllic setting for winter sports enthusiasts. A mere 50-meter walk leads you to the blue slope that descends to the village of Neukirchen, where you can conveniently catch the e-liner to the gondola. Additionally, a ski slope with a practice area runs alongside the Nationalpark Chalets village, just 20 meters from your doorstep, allowing you to ski right back to the chalet at the end of the day. Perfect for beginners and children, the practice area features a tow lift, ensuring an ideal learning environment. Your private balcony provides a breathtaking view of the slope and the serene forest, where you can watch your children play. Your ski or snowboard equipment can be securely stored in your private ski storage. The Wildkogel Arena offers a diverse terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. From wide, gentle slopes for beginners to challenging descents for experienced winter sports enthusiasts, this area has something for everyone. Moreover, it's a paradise for families, with a focus on child-friendly facilities, including ski schools and childcare. And here's a tip: experience the famous and thrilling 14-kilometer illuminated toboggan run. What an adventure! If you're seeking even more challenges, the major ski areas of the Kitzbüheler Alps and Zillertal Arena are just a short 20-minute drive away.

In summer, Chalet Achkogel serves as the ideal base for adventures in the surrounding nature. Nestled in the chalet village's lower part, it offers easy access to the swimming pool and reception's playground, making it perfect for families with small kids. The chalet overlooks a forest where children can explore while you relax on the balcony. Bask in the sun on the south-facing balcony and terrace while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views. This region is a haven for nature enthusiasts, especially with the complimentary Nationalpark Sommercard, offering numerous perks.
