Description
You will find luxury, comfort, wellness and plenty of space for eight people in Chalet Bretterspitze. After you have parked your car in front of the door under the carport, you enter the top floor, where the living floor is also located. The spacious open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. You can serve the meal inside at the cosy dining area or on the covered terrace; both offer a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley. Perfect for all seasons! After an active day outside, you can enjoy a friendly chat on the couch with a crackling fire; there is plenty of firewood available! There are four very spacious bedrooms with a large double bed, and all have their own bathroom en-suite. Such a luxury! And as a surprise, you will find a large Finnish sauna with a window on the ground floor, which gives you a fantastic view of the mountains and the valley during your sauna session. Cool off on the patio or balcony and relax in the sun loungers. A stay at Chalet Bretterspitze cannot go wrong!
In winter, you are directly at the valley run of the family-friendly ski resort Wildkogel Arena. Ideal! The ski bus at the bottom of the valley run takes you to the "Wildkogelbahnen" in the village centre of Neukirchen in a few minutes. The more experienced winter sports enthusiast can enjoy themselves in the nearby ski resort Kitzbüheler Alpen. The "Hollersbach" ski lift can be reached in 15 minutes by car. However, there is much more to experience than the well-known skiing and snowboarding. Slide down Europe's longest natural toboggan run in Bramberg am Wildkogel or take a romantic torchlight hike to the Krimmler waterfalls. You can store your ski equipment in the ski storage room of Chalet Bretterspitze. After a long day of winter sports, you can relax by a crackling fire or in the large Finnish sauna with a view of the winter wonderland of Austria. Enjoy!
In summer, you can completely relax in the magnificent mountain landscape and this beautiful and comfortable chalet. The National Park Chalets are located on the slope of the mountain, giving you wonderful views of the beautiful valley with the stunning mountain peaks. Can you picture it? Waking up to such a view in the morning from your bed directly onto the balcony? You couldn't start the day better! You also have access to various walking and cycling routes from here to explore the landscape. The National Park Summer Card is included so you can experience multiple activities in the area for free or at a discount. However, you don't have to go far to enjoy a relaxing holiday. At the restaurant of the National Park Chalets, you can have a snack and a drink while the children splash in the swimming pool or play in the playground.

The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
