Nationalpark Chalet Edelweissspitze

Description

The Chalet Edelweißspitze is a spacious, modern furnished and with great attention to detail equipped chalet for 8 people. A lot of wood was used in this chalet, which gives it a cozy and authentic alpine atmosphere. From all floors, the unobstructed view over the valley and the mountains can be called magnificent! The chalet has a central location in the chalet park, so you can easily walk to the reception and restaurant with bar. The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace, and it's easy to prepare delicious meals in the luxurious modern kitchen, followed by a cosy dinner in the attractive dining area or outside on the balcony, which is absolutely lovely! Chalet Edelweißspitze has three comfortable bedrooms on the middle floor, each with a luxurious bathroom en suite with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have access to a spacious sunny terrace. When you wake up, you can step from your bed onto the terrace, enjoy the view and breathe in the fresh mountain air. An invigorating start to the day! The fourth spacious bedroom is located on the ground floor and can rightly be called the "master bedroom". There is also a very luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. If you want to completely relax and unwind, we recommend heading to the Finnish sauna with a large window for a breathtaking view of the mountain peaks, stepping out on the lovely spacious terrace or relaxing on the comfortable loungers. You have all you could wish for in Chalet Edelweißspitze!

In winter, your winter sports heart will beat faster when you stay in this beautiful chalet and the surrounding area. The valley run of the Wildkogel Arena ski area runs right past the chalet park. Take the drag lift up so you can take the valley descent, and at the bottom, the ski bus takes you to the gondola in the village. The Wildkogel Arena is a very family-friendly ski area with approximately 70 km of slopes. Need a bit more of a challenge? This is certainly provided by the surrounding ski areas, the Kitzbüheler Alpen and the Zillertal Arena. In addition to skiing or snowboarding, there are many other fun activities to experience. How about tobogganing on the longest illuminated toboggan run in Europe or enjoying the beautiful surroundings during a horse-drawn sleigh ride. After an active day in the snow, Chalet Edelweißspitze invites you to relax by a crackling fire or an extensive sauna session to sweat the sour muscles again.

In the summer, you can walk straight from your bedroom onto the balcony in the morning to breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the view. The area you overlook also has a lot to offer. You can take a dip in one of the many natural lakes, explore the beautiful surroundings by bike, go shopping in Zell am See or ride the mountain go-kart track if you are feeling adventurous. With the included National Park Sommercard, you can enjoy a wide range of activities for free or with a discount. And when you return from an active day, you can enjoy a refreshing drink in the lounge with the terrace or relax by the lovely natural swimming pool with sunbathing area and playground.
