Description

NPC Chalet Rainerhorn is an ideal place to stay for a ski holiday in this beautiful part of Austria. Located on mountain slopes with premier views of the highest peaks of the Hohe Tauern area, this chalet is ideal for those travelling with large groups and small children, with accommodation split between two levels. In total, this chalet will accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, while pets are also allowed. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a further bedroom with a double bed. The fourth bedroom includes both a double bed and a bunk bed. The luxury living room includes plenty of seating and a fireplace, while the kitchen features an island and designated dining space. From the living room, you can also enjoy access to the balcony, which promises excellent views of the surrounding mountains.

In winter, skis and ski boots can be stored away neatly in the ski shed. You can also head down to the relaxation area and enjoy the Finnish sauna after a long day on the slopes. The nearby ski region of Wildkogel Arena offers family-friendly slopes, while the larger resorts of Kitzbuheler Alpen and Zillertal Arena can be reached by free-to-use ski shuttle bus, with a stop within walking distance.

In summer, you've plenty to keep you occupied. You can put your included National Park Summer Card to good use for the duration of your stay, granting you deals and discounts on all manner of exciting activities. Take the gondola lift to the top of the peaks, enjoy an afternoon idling at bathing lakes, or visit the nearby Krimmler waterfalls. You can also simply hang back and enjoy the chalet itself, with the sunny terrace granting superb views of the surrounding scenery.
