When you stay at this beautiful detached chalet, you're in a prime location for a getaway to remember. Overlooking the picturesque peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park, this perfectly appointed and tastefully furnished property is part of the National Park Chalets complex and takes its name from one of the famous peaks that populate this breath-taking part of the world. The chalet is on the outer edge of the chalet village, so it is very quiet and there is no pass-through traffic. An ideal holiday home option for groups of up to 6 people, you'll want for nothing for the duration of your stay should you choose to make this your base while you're away from home. You can count on a great night's sleep in one of the three spacious bedrooms, all enjoying their own access to the private balcony. One bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms boast shared access to a further bathroom situated on the same floor - very convenient! On the top floor, you'll find a comfortable sitting area with a roaring fireplace, with an open-plan design meaning you can whip up a storm in the modern kitchen while still socialising with fellow guests. You will also find a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna on the third floor of this property, along with a further bathroom and additional sitting area. With so much room to roam, you'll find it hard to leave the luxury of this stunning chalet.
 
In winter, you can enjoy the convenience of a central reception point serving the entirety of the National Park Chalets, providing you with all the resources and support you need. Arrange ski rental services with ease or ask about ski lessons if you're looking to brush up on your skills. You can also make use of the reliable ski shuttle bus that stops right outside of this property. Within five minutes, this bus will deposit you at the ski lift to transport you to the heights of the Wildkogel Arena. This family-friendly ski area is ideal for all ages and experience levels. Need more of a challenge? Hollerbach is only a short drive away, with convenient connections to additional ski areas like the Kitzbüheler Alpen region. Alternatively, you've always got the nearby Zillertal Arena is you're after more variety and snow-sure conditions. When you're done on the slats for the day, retreat back to the comfort of your chalet accommodation, gather around the fireplace and rest up ahead of another action-packed day.

In summer, the area surrounding Neukirchen am Groβvenediger offers a wide variety of seasonal activities. You'll have plenty of inspiration with free use of a National Park Summer Card, which grants you all manner of discounts and special deals on attractions and activities in the area. Keep it simple with a hike and savour spectacular panoramic views, or rack up your adrenaline levels and explore the region from a bird's eye view with a hang gliding experience. Children will find plenty to keep them occupied here, with first-rate playgrounds for them to burn off steam, giving you time to rest your legs and take in a moment of peace and quiet. The Großvenediger is the highest mountain of the federal state Salzburg and Neukirchen lies directly at its feet.
