This spacious detached property is situated on the southern slope of the Rossberg in the picturesque village of Neukirchen am Groβvenediger, putting it in a prime location for a premier winter sports holiday or summertime getaway. The enviable location means you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscapes from the comfort of your holiday accommodation. Inside, things are equally impressive. The luxury kitchen contains a cooking island with all essential appliances, while there's a robust dinner table on hand for big gatherings come mealtimes and games evenings. A comfortable sitting area also comes as standard, ensuring you've always got somewhere to relax and unwind. The valley descent from the ski area of the Wildkogel Arena is within walking distance and with good snow conditions, you can descend to the house with ease. For information on ski lessons and ski rental facilities, simply pop down to reception and have all your queries answered. You can also socialise away from the chalet interior itself here, with a lounge space on offer where you can enjoy a bite to eat or drink of your choice. The Dorfbahn ski lift is located in the centre of town itself, transporting you to the family-friendly ski area of Wildkogel Arena. You can also reach the extensive Zillertal Arena by car or ski shuttle bus with minimal effort.

In summer, kick off your day by soaking in the majestic mountain scenery before heading out to enjoy yourself. Make sure you've grabbed a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day before you leave, with the partly covered balcony and terrace providing an ideal al fresco venue for private dining. When you're ready to venture out, embark upon one of many hiking trails or cycling routes, or head straight to some of the more iconic natural landmarks in the region.
