This apartment is located on the top (fifth) floor of the Sonnenfeld apartment complex near the centre of the cosy village of Neukirchen am Groβvenediger. The holiday home is suitable for up to eight people. Upon entering, you find a spacious living room. The dining table stands in a bright room that offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape, which you can enjoy even more from the spacious terrace. Take a seat in the seating area to relax, or prepare a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, there’s also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The staircase in the living room takes you to the sleeping floor with one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a four-person bedroom. Two cars can be parked in the shared parking garage under the complex.
In winter, the idyllic ski village makes for a wonderful winter sports holiday. The ski area of the Wildkogel Arena is within walking distance of the apartment. In the village, there are three sports shops, two ski schools, restaurants, a doctor and a pharmacy. You can also check out one of the cosy schirmbars for après-ski. The larger ski areas of Zillertal Arena and Kitzbüheler Alpen are also easily accessible by car or free ski bus. At the end of a sporting day in the snow, you can light the fireplace to warm up with friends or family and talk about the adventures of the day.
In summer, this apartment is the perfect base for various activities. Start the day with a tasty breakfast on the sunny terrace and then cycle or walk right into the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park nature reserve. There are also several swimming pools and lakes in the vicinity for a refreshing swim and water fun for the children. In summer, the Nationalpark Sommercard, which you can use for discounts and all kinds of free activities in the area, is included in the rent of this apartment.
