Description
This spacious three-room apartment is located within the Sonnenfeld Apartment Complex, which is in proximity to the village of Neukirchen and all of its attractions and amenities. It is also within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and ski facilities. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex and can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The sleeping quarters are split between two spacious bedrooms and a two-person sofa bed. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. In the bathroom, there is a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. The spacious living room offers ample seating and fantastic views of the surrounding scenery. Furthermore, the traditional Austrian-style dining area invites you to enjoy delicious dinners and breakfasts, and it offers plenty of room to gather together with other fellow guests for game nights.
In winter, it's only a short stroll from the apartment to a ski lift that can transport you to the family-friendly ski resort of Wildkogel Arena. What's more, a ski school is also in proximity to the apartment, making it an ideal place to stay for beginners. Looking for more of a challenge? The Kitzbühel Alpen and Zillertal Arena ski areas are also nearby. Both resorts can be conveniently accessed by car or via a free ski shuttle bus. If you're driving, you can take advantage of free parking areas located beneath the apartment complex itself. After an active day in the mountains, relax your muscles in a lovely warm bath, and after enjoying the day together in the cosy living room, it is time to dive into the comfortable beds for the next winter sports day!
In summer, there's plenty to enjoy in this part of Austria. In the morning, you start the day with a cup of coffee/tea in the garden of the Sonnenfeld Top apartment, or end the day with a glass of wine on the lounge set in the evening sun. You can put a National Park Summer Card to good use, which provides great discounts and deals on all manner of activities. For example, with this card, you're free to use the nearby ski lift. You can also head out and explore the countryside. There are a great variety of hiking and cycling trails, as well as plenty of bathing lakes in the vicinity of the apartment.

The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
