Sonnenfeld Top 3 is a spacious apartment within the larger Sonnenfeld Apartment Complex that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Located near the heart of Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, you'll enjoy being in proximity to plenty of shops and restaurants, including two supermarkets. This apartment features a spacious living area with a serving hatch that provides access to the kitchen, making it ideal for hosting and preparing meals. You can also enjoy a bite to eat at the breakfast bar and the designated dining area. This apartment has two spacious sitting areas, one which is situated in near a bay window that provides premier views of the surroundings. There are four bedrooms to accommodate guests, including two with double beds and two that are furnished with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. In addition, there's also a Finnish sauna that's ideal for much-needed relaxation and rejuvenation.
In winter, you'll be within a short distance from the mountains, as well as a ski lift that can take you to the peaks of Wildkogel Arena, which is just a short stroll from the apartment itself. Looking for a change of scenery? A free ski bus can take you to Zillertal Arena, the larger of two ski resorts, as well as Kitzbüheler Alpen. You can also reach both of these destinations easily by car. Skiing schools and ski rental premises are also located within proximity to the apartment. After a busy day on the slopes, you can head back home to enjoy a relaxing session in the Finnish sauna, which will get you prepped for the adventures you have planned for the next day.
In summer, you can start the day off in style with a coffee or a bite to eat on the balcony as you take in the views. You can also spend an afternoon enjoying the attractions of the local town since there's plenty of bathing lakes and hiking trails to enjoy. The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
