Apartment Top 7 is located on the third floor of the Residenz Sonnenfeld, an apartment complex in Neukirchen am Groβvenediger that is within walking distance of the charming village centre. From this apartment, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape, as well as the ski resort's gondola! This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. In addition, there is another bedroom with two bunk beds. The living room consists of a spacious open kitchen, a traditional Austrian dining area, and a comfortable seating area. The dining table is near the large bay window, which means you can enjoy meals with a view! Through the French doors, you can access a spacious, southern terrace. As icing on the cake, you can also enjoy your very own sauna during your holiday.
In winter, apartment Sonnenfeld Top 7 offers everything a relaxed winter sports enthusiast could ask for. The Wildkogel Arena ski area and the ski lift is within walking distance of the apartment. There are two larger ski areas nearby, including the Kitzbühel Alps and the Zillertal Arena, which are very easy to reach by car or via a free ski bus. Let your muscles relax in the apartment's sauna so that you can take on the slopes again the next day! You can park your car, free of snow, in the apartment building's shared parking garage.
In summer, you can enjoy beautiful landscape views from the large south-facing terrace, as well as a smaller balcony on the southwest side. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and start out your day with beautiful views. From apartment Sonnenfeld Top 7, you can also participate in all sorts of free summer activities with the Nationalpark Sommercard, which comes included with the rental. For example, take the ski lift to the top of the mountain for beautiful walks, jump on the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn to visit one of the surrounding villages, or you can take a day trip to Zell am See.
