This spacious apartment accommodates up to 8 people and is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one family room with a double bed, bunk bed and bathroom en-suite. There are also two double rooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining table and comfortable sitting area (with a double sofa beed) where you can all relax together. From the living room, you also have access to the spacious terrace overlooking the gondola and the surrounding mountains. Two cars can be parked in the parking garage under the complex.
In winter, Wildkogelbahnen Top 3 is located near three ski areas! The family ski area Wildkogel Arena is within a short walking distance from the apartment. In fact, you can see the ski lift going up directly from the apartment. In 15 minutes by ski bus or private car, you can reach the lift in Hollersbach of the Kitzbühel Alps and with half an hour, the snow-heavy Zillertal Arena ski area. For the ultimate relaxation, you can make use of the luxurious wellness area in the building that features a herbal sauna, a Finnish sauna, rain showers and heat benches for free. End a perfect winter sports day with a snack and a bite to eat in the Neukirchen village centre.
In summer, enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace before going out for the day. There are plenty of activities to do in the area. For example, you can take the ski lift to the top of the mountain for a walk with beautiful views, rent a bike and take a trip through the Pinzgau valley, climb the Krimmler waterfalls or visit one of the museums in the area.
