This luxurious, attractively furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex Wildkogelbahnen and offers space for up to 8 people. The first bedroom has a double bed, bunk bed and bathroom en-suite. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and share a luxurious bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed and at the spacious dining table, you can enjoy dinner and prepared meals from the modern, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you have access to the terrace/garden where you overlook the ski lift and the beautiful surroundings. Wildkogelbahnen Top 4 is the ideal accommodation for a wonderful holiday where two supermarkets, sports shops and the cosy town centre with restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
In winter, this is an excellent location to enjoy the beautiful ski area Wildkogel Arena. The gondola to the ski area is within walking distance of the apartment and by car or ski bus you can also visit one of the larger ski areas in the area: the Kitzbüheler Alpen or the Zillertal Arena. You can store your skis and shoes in the ski lockers at the bottom of the building. After a tiring but enjoyable day of skiing, you can relax in the shared wellness area with a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, heat bench and rain showers.
In summer, Wildkogelbahnen Top 4 is a good starting point for sporty guests who want to take beautiful hiking and/or cycling tours but there is also plenty to do for this who want a more relaxing getaway. In the summer months, this apartment is rented with the free Nationalpark Sommercard. With this card, you have free access to various attractions, such as with the gondola to the top of the mountains, or you can take advantage of discounts at affiliated companies and sports shops.

The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
