Description
This detached chalet is located at an altitude of approximately 1,700 metres in Hochkrimml, on the border of Salzburgerland and Tyrol. The typical Austrian chalet has room for groups of up to 10 people, making it ideal for big families and groups of friends travelling together. The tastefully decorated living room has a sitting area and fireplace, with a sofa bed providing additional sleeping arrangements for two people. You can easily whip up a tasty meal in the fully equipped open kitchen, before serving it in the intimate Austrian dining area. This property is perfect for a holiday with young children, with plenty to keep little ones entertained and a host of safety features that provide parents with peace of mind. There are three bedrooms: two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two bunk beds. Two cars can be parked in the nearby garage.
In winter, the vast ski area of the Zillertal Arena offers a varied range of blue, red and black slopes, ensuring that novice and experienced skiers alike can enjoy themselves for hours. The lift from the Plattenalm gives access to Königsleiten, and winter sports enthusiasts can make memorable day trips to Gerlos, to Zell am Ziller. Particularly experienced skiers can indulge in the high altitude trails of Hochkrimml, while novices will find the ski school within walking distance of the chalet. Looking for more winter sporting fun? How about trying the illuminated toboggan run or a horse-drawn sleigh trip to the nearby Krimmler waterfalls for a romantic date? Whatever you spend your day doing, you can return to the comforts of this premier chalet and relax in style.
In summer, you can enjoy the beautiful green alpine meadows and stunning scenery that this part of Austria offers. You can enjoy cycle rides and hiking along many pre-marked trails, with guided tours available so you can ensure you see the very best this region has to offer. Be sure to pencil in some time for a trip to the Krimmler waterfalls, as well as the neighbouring WasserWunderWelt, a theme park that kids and grownups alike will enjoy. On hot days, head down to the Durlaβboden reservoir to take a dip in the balmy waters, or enjoy all manner of water sports such as sailing, rowing and surfing.

Lying almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps, with the winter sports area consisting of three areas: Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten and belongs to the municipality of Krimml.
