In winter, Traumplatzerl is the perfect holiday destination! The apartment is situated at an altitude of 1700 metres, ensuring snow-covered slopes at all times. One of these slopes is just 150 metres from the apartment. You can easily walk to the slope and from there explore the 146 km of slopes in the Zillertal Arena. Of these 146 km of slopes, 46 km are blue, 89 km are red, and 11 km are black. For cross-country skiing and tobogganing enthusiasts, the Zillertal Arena is also a true paradise, with 200 km of cross-country trails and a 7 km long toboggan run. The area is therefore ideal for all winter sports lovers. After an active day outdoors, you return to your accommodation. Once there, you can enjoy the après-ski in one of the nearby bars to complete your perfect holiday day, or simply relax in your own accommodation.
In summer, the surroundings of Traumplatzerl transform into a green oasis. The view is truly breathtaking in this season as well, since the apartment is located in the middle of the National Park Hohe Tauern. Thanks to this location, the area is ideal for hikers and cyclists who want to enjoy nature. One of the most beautiful hiking routes nearby is the Hochkrimmler Panoramaweg. This route takes you past various stunning sights, including the impressive Krimml Waterfalls. If you need a refreshing dip after a hike, it is recommended to visit the Durlaßboden reservoir, just 15 km from Hochkrimml. This relatively warm lake is the perfect place for water fun with the whole family, where you can swim, surf, paddle, and pedal boat. After a day full of sporting activities, you can relax at home in the evening. Enjoy the evening sun on your terrace and let the tranquillity of Traumplatzerl make your stay even more enjoyable.
