This lovely apartment for 4 adults, or 2 adults with 4 children, on the edge of the forest exudes an authentic Austrian atmosphere from the outside. Appartement Juri in Hochkrimml is a comfortably furnished ground-floor apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace. From the terrace you can regularly spot deer and stoats, will you see them too? The living room has a lovely sitting area, and the open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal. You can relax, read a book or play board games at the cosy dining table until the late hours. There are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with a bunk bed (1.40x2.00m). The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is parking for one car in front of the door.
In winter, you'll be hitting the slopes in no time; grab the Filzstein drag lift and experience a wonderful winter sports day in the Zillertal Arena ski area. Did you know that this ski area has over 150 kilometres of well-prepared slopes and has an almost 100% snow guarantee?! Furthermore, Hochkrimml is a very family-friendly and quiet village with a nice toboggan run, beautiful cross-country trails, a good ski school and wonderful restaurants. From the village, you can take stunning winter walks, for example, to the famous Krimmler waterfalls, which are undoubtedly worth a visit in winter!
In summer, Hochkrimml is a major attraction for hikers, cyclists and swimmers. Various cycling routes, ranging from a few kilometres to multi-day tours, can be followed from Appartement Juri. And the beautiful Krimmler Achental, a high valley part of the Hohe Tauern, is a real Valhalla for hikers. Did you know that you can stand with your feet in the Durlaβboden reservoir in twenty minutes by car?! You can participate in various water sports on this lake, but you can also take a well-filled picnic basket and spend an afternoon swimming and sunbathing. Back in the apartment, you can enjoy the beautiful view on the terrace!

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
