Chalet Anwo Top 1 is a fantastically beautiful, ground floor, and typically Austrian chalet located in Hochkrimml! The chalet is brand new and very stylishly furnished, giving the property a warm and cozy ambiance. The beautiful and high-quality equipped kitchen, including an island, is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare the most delicious meals. The cozy fireplace completes Anwo Top 1! In total, 8 to 12 people can stay in the property. The sleeping accommodations are divided into 4 bedrooms, including 2 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms. Each of these bedrooms feels like a luxurious and comfortable hotel room! From the cozy living room, you can directly access the spacious panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air or have breakfast in the sun. Relax on the spacious and fully covered balcony, which also connects to the living room! From the balcony, you have a clear view of the mountains towards the breathtaking Krimml Waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Austria! Additionally, there is a gas grill station on the balcony, allowing you to prepare the most delicious dishes in this spot as well. After a long day out and about, you can relax or freshen up in one of the 4 bathrooms with a TV or in the luxurious wellness area with a panoramic sauna and views of the Wildkarspitze! In short, Anwo Top 1 can rightfully be called an ideal retreat.
In winter, you wake up peacefully in Chalet Anwo Top 1. Then you enjoy a delicious breakfast and are on the slopes in no time. The chalet is ideally located near the slopes of the Zillertal Arena, allowing you to start your day beautifully. The extensive ski area of the Zillertal Arena is perfect for families and offers more than 150 kilometers of well-maintained slopes. Whether you are an experienced skier or putting on skis for the first time, there are slopes for all levels. In addition to skiing, there are plenty of other winter sports activities in the area, such as beautiful cross-country ski trails, numerous hiking routes, and the opportunity to tackle the charmingly illuminated toboggan run three evenings a week. The village of Hochkrimml, where Chalet Anwo Top 1 is located, is a family-friendly and quiet village with delightful dining options and excellent ski schools. Upon returning home after a delightful dinner, you can discuss the day by the fireplace or enjoy a nice drink on the balcony. Pure enjoyment!
In summer, the beautiful nature figuratively draws you out of the chalet. The surroundings of the Zillertal Arena are stunning and a true paradise for hikers, cyclists, and mountain bikers. Take a walk along the Hochkrimml Panoramaweg, which leads you past some of the most beautiful sights, such as historical customs houses, centuries-old farms, and the birthplace of freedom fighter Anton Wallner. Or tackle the steep mountain paths by bike or mountain bike. A visit to the aforementioned Krimml Waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Austria, is also highly recommended. Children can have fun in the Sparrebos on the Rosenalm near Zell am Ziller or swim in the Durlassboden reservoir, while parents enjoy a picnic. Something for everyone. Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.

Skischool Krimml
Zowel beginners met slechts 1 tot 2 weken ski ervaring tot de gevorderde skiër die de kunst van het diepsneeuw skiën, carven of slalom skiën onder de knie wil krijgen worden bij Skischool Krimml begeleid door excellent ski- & snowboard instructeurs. Het cursus aanbod varieert van groep en privélessen voor skiërs en snowboarders tot toer- en diepsneeuw ski cursussen, langlauf cursussen en cursussen voor wedstrijdskiërs
