Description
In Chalet Bergjuwel, you can enjoy a comfortable holiday with up to 12 people (max. 8 adults). The holiday home consists of the right side of a semi-detached house, which is divided into two apartments, each with its own entrance. The 3-room apartment on the first and second floor accommodates 8 people. In the cosy living room, there is a comfortable sofa and a traditional Austrian dining area. The kitchen is also fully equipped. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. The 1-room apartment on the ground floor has space for 4 people (max. 2 adults). There is a 2 person bunk bed in the room which can be separated by a curtain. There is also a fully equipped kitchen unit and a small dining table.
In winter, this is the ideal location for winter sports enthusiasts. From the chalet, you can walk straight to the slopes and directly onto the cross-country trail. At the end of the afternoon, you can ski straight to the front door of the chalet! Truly a ski-in, ski-out chalet. For families with children or novice skiers, the Zillertal Arena is a very nice ski area with many wide blue pistes, where you can take things a little slower. Expert skiers can go in every direction in this area. At the end of the day, enjoy the après-ski of Königsleiten and the Austrian cuisine at one of the many restaurants.
In summer, you can completely relax in this beautiful mountain village. In this area, you can take beautiful walking or cycling trips, both with and without a guide. There is also plenty to do here for the water babies. You can go surfing, sailing, swimming or pedal boating on the Durlaβboden reservoir and there is a large playground for children and on the waterfront. You can relax with a good book while the kids play. The Krimmler waterfalls, Europe's highest staged waterfall, is a half hour drive away and is well worth the trip. Moreover, the car ride on the Gerlosstraβe in itself is a treat!

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
