Description
This spacious, detached chalet is located in Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1,700 metres. Boasting very generous living areas, there's ample space for large groups of up 16 people. The chalet has a cosy living room with fireplace and a comfortable sitting area. You'll have plenty of room for a delicious breakfast or dinner at the large dining table, and in the evenings, you can play games with family or friends. From the living room, you have access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring there are no limits when it comes to whipping up dinners and snacks. The sleeping arrangements are divided across five bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. After an active day, you can relax in a warm bath in two of the four bathrooms.
In winter, this is an ideal area with lots of snow and sun from early December until well into April. Hochkrimml is the start of a super winter sports experience in the large ski area of the Zillertal Arena. Hochkrimml has a sports shop where you can rent winter sports equipment, and a ski school for those looking to learn the ropes. You don't have to go far from home for the après-ski – just down the slope is a restaurant with an après-ski bar. The enjoyment extends well into the evening when you enjoy a descent on the illuminated toboggan run on the Filzsteinalm!
In summer, you'll never be bored in this majestic mountain village. There are many walking and cycling routes, which you can take with or without a guide. For an unforgettable experience, jump in the car or hop on a bike and negotiate the many hairpin bends of the Groβglockner Hochstraβe. You will be inspired by the spectacular views that await you. Along the way, there are several stops with playgrounds for the children, along with museums for those looking to soak up culture and history. During hot summer days, the mountain lakes in the vicinity of Hochkrimml offer essential stops for those looking to cool down.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
