Enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful natural surroundings in Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1,700 metres. This is an ideal destination for a dream holiday, no matter the time of year you're intending to visit. The cosy living room has high ceilings and access to the terrace, so you can head outside to savour the scenery. Relax in the comfortable sitting area by the fireplace, gather around the traditional Austrian dining area for meals and game nights, or get cooking in the kitchen with all the essentials you'll need to master any recipe. The chalet is equipped for 12 people, with sleeping arrangements split across five bedrooms. There are four double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. There are three covered parking spaces available for you in the underground car park opposite the chalet.

In winter
, you can step from the house right onto the slopes! Then, you can take a drag lift or a chair lift to intoxicating heights. Novice skiers have plenty of choice of blue pistes directly from the chalet, while ski schools are on hand nearby to help you hone your skills. Advanced skiers can make day trips over the many kilometres of red and black pistes. The après-ski bar is within walking distance and there is a great selection of restaurants for when it comes to dining out. Enjoy the outdoors until the evening and then brave a ride on the illuminated toboggan run.

In summer, this is an excellent area to stay for those after a sense of peace and tranquillity, but there's also plenty to keep adrenaline junkies entertained. There are many cycling and walking opportunities in and around Hochkrimml, with trails to suit everyone. On hot summer days, you can cool off at the Durlaβboden reservoir, while there's also the option of surf lessons, paddling activities and pedalo rides to consider. The stunning Krimmler waterfalls are nearby and make an essential stop if you've never enjoyed them before.
Due to construction activities at the DuxerAlm elevator, there is a chance of inconvenience during the summer months of 2024. Because of this inconvenience we are giving a 10% discount on the normal rent.

Hochkrimml sits at an altitude of 1,700 metres above sea level, making it the highest village in the Zillertal Arena. Lying almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps, with the winter sports area consisting of three areas: Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten and belongs to the municipality of Krimml. You can reach this village by car or bus with ease, with plenty of conventional skiing and cross-country skiing potential thanks to the close proximity of the Gerlosplatte. From Hochkrimml, you can reach the Zillertal Arena directly via a red downhill run to Königsleiten. Enjoy endless hours of high alpine skiing in this pristine part of Austria.
