Description
This chalet is situated in the quaint mountain village of Hochkrimml, at an altitude of 1,700 metres. Offering a sense of real luxury and all the comforts of home, this chalet offers an impressive amount of space and can accommodate up to 12 people. Inside, you'll find a large living room with sitting area, an open fireplace, a typical Austrian dining area where you can gather at mealtimes or for games, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. The living room also includes access to a sunny, south-facing terrace. You'll find four bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed, plus a further room with a two-person sofa bed. There are three bathrooms on offer, one with a massage/steam shower and sauna, one with a conventional shower and one with a whirlpool bath – perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day enjoying the slopes or great outdoors. What's more, there's room for three vehicles in the parking garage.
In winter, you're in a prime location for a first-rate skiing holiday, situated directly at the bottom of the slopes of the sprawling ski area of Zillertal Arena. This resort promises lots of snow and sun from early December to late April. Ski lifts are within walking distance of the chalet for maximum convenience. There is also the option of cross-country skiing in this part of Austria, ideal for the more advanced out there. Once you're done for the day, enjoy a light nap before heading out for a bite to eat and drink, or simply relax and unwind in the comfort of this chalet.
In summer, the mountains will beckon and entice you with all manner of exciting activities. Those looking to explore the natural scenery will find many hiking trails in the region, while cyclists and mountain bikers have plenty of rewarding routes to choose from. The famous Kimmler waterfalls, Europe's largest stepped waterfall, is also nearby. If you're travelling with little ones, the Kristall swimming pool in the neighbouring village of Wald im Pinzgau is an ideal destination for when they're looking to blow off some steam.

Hochkrimml sits at an altitude of 1,700 metres above sea level, making it the highest village in the Zillertal Arena. Lying almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps, with the winter sports area consisting of three areas: Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten and belongs to the municipality of Krimml. You can reach this village by car or bus with ease, with plenty of conventional skiing and cross-country skiing potential thanks to the close proximity of the Gerlosplatte.
