Chalet Rüby

Village: Hochkrimml
Ski resort: Zillertal Arena

Description

The 1st floor bathroom was completely renovated in late 2023 (see photos). The ground floor bathroom will be completely renovated in spring 2024.

Chalet Ruby lies on the Silberleiten in Hochkrimml, in the middle of the beautiful area of the Zillertal Arena. You can stay with up to 10 people in this two-under-one-roof holiday home. The chalet is modern and tastefully decorated, and boasts a cosy living room with a generous sitting area and a dining room table in the open, fully equipped kitchen. You'll have a beautiful view of Königsleiten and the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The sleeping area is divided into four bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and single sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. One of the two bathrooms has a Finnish steam sauna for the ultimate in luxury.

In winter, the location is really perfect because of the 1700 meter altitude. You can ski back to the house from December to April, what a luxury! The private outdoor staircase takes you to the ski elevator in a few minutes. Cross-country skiers can also step directly from the house into the fresh snow of the cross-country trail. For the children, the ski school is within walking distance. Here, they can learn the basics of skiing or snowboarding in a fun way, and later they can spend time with their parents, skiing through Königsleiten to Zell am Ziller. Everyone can enjoy themselves in this wonderful area! After a long, chilly day, warm up in the sauna or at the cosy stove in the chalet.

In summer, you can take beautiful walks from the chalet or start challenging mountain bike tours. Alternatively, hop in the car and take a drive over Gerlospass to the village of Krimml. Here, you will find the Krimmler waterfalls, the highest staged waterfall in Europe, which you can walk up via the path. Along the way, you will encounter beautiful stops. When you reach the top, enjoy Austrian delicacies in one of the restaurants before heading back down again. It is well worth the intensive walking tour!
