This detached chalet is luxuriously furnished and generously proportioned, with plenty of room for up to 12 people. Situated on the Duxeralm in Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1,700 metres, it's the perfect place to pick as your base for a great getaway. You can relax in the comfortable sitting area by the fireplace in the spacious living room, while the cosy dining area is ideal for gathering together at mealtimes after you've cooked up delicious dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. This chalet is ideal for those travelling with young children, with the house equipped with stair gates and a bedroom with living and play area in the attic. There are six bedrooms in total (including the attic space), four of which have double beds, while another has a double bed and a bunk bed. After an active day outdoors, you can relax in the sauna. Alternatively, you can enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace. Three spaces are reserved for use in the sheltered parking garage.
In winter, this apartment is a perfect place to stay for those seeking snow and slopes, thanks to its prime location in the midst of the Zillertal Arena ski area. From the chalet, you can step straight into the tow or chairlift and enjoy the many kilometres of blue, red and black slopes. After an exhausting day on the slopes, you can enjoy a much-deserved drink at the après-ski or dine in the nearby restaurant. All of this and more is within easy walking distance of the chalet.
In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal holiday spot for those looking for peace and quiet, but there's also plenty for outdoor adventurers. Explore the area in style with an experienced guide or pull on your hiking boots and venture out solo. There are numerous walking and cycling routes plotted out, with plenty of variety on offer. Visit the famous Krimmler waterfalls to admire one of the most spectacular natural wonders around. Travelling with kids? The WasserWunderWelt theme park, packed full of fun rides and activities, is next to the waterfalls.
