Description
This detached chalet sits at an altitude of 1,700 metres on the Silberleiten in Hochkrimml. With its spacious layout, it's ideal for groups of up to eight people. This chalet provides a perfect vantage point from which you can view the mountain village of Königsleiten and the beautiful peaks peppered around. The cosy living room boasts a generous sitting area, with fireplace and an extra dining table to complement the larger dining area, kitted out in a traditional Austrian style. You can cook up a storm in the open kitchen, equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks. You have access to the outside terrace from the living room, while two bedrooms enjoy private access to the balcony. There are three bedrooms in total on this property, two of which boast double beds, while the third has two bunk beds.
In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the immediate vicinity of this holiday home. Using the Plattenalm lift in Hochkrimml, you can embark upon long ski trips with connections to Königsleiten that continue towards the likes of Gerlos and Zell am Ziller. Cross-country skiers are also well provided for, with magnificent views of Hochkrimml from the high altitude trails. There's plenty to keep you occupied in the winter months, with a two-kilometre long illuminated toboggan run open daily until late evening, not to mention romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides to the Krimmler waterfalls.
In summer, you can really relax in the high alpine meadows of this enchanting corner of Austria. If you're keen to get out and explore, you can rent an e-bike locally to make getting about a breeze, with bundles of marked routes to choose from. Need refreshing during hot summer days? Head to the Durlaβboden reservoir and dive in. You can swim, sail or surf in the water, while an adjacent playground keeps little ones occupied while you relax. What's more, you're free to fire up a barbecue here when hunger strikes, so you can enjoy a fabulous feast as the day draws to a close.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
