"This stunning holiday home is located on the Duxeralm in Hochkrimml and can accommodate 12 adults and 2 children. The chalet is decorated in traditional Austrian style, with a contemporary twist. The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area where you can relax around the roaring fireplace, while the open kitchen comes fully equipped so you can cook delicious meals whenever the mood takes you. The dining area is kitted out with plenty of Austrian character, making it ideal for gathering at mealtimes or for games evenings. You have access to the balcony from the dining area, while the sitting area also provides access to the impressive terrace. There are four bedrooms in total, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds, while a further bedroom is ideal for families, with a double bed, bunk bed and its own private bathroom. There""s nothing like relaxing in your own private sauna, which is a standard luxury you can enjoy when staying at this property. Three cars can be parked in the covered parking garage at the holiday home.In winter, you can walk from the chalet to the chairlift and enjoy an equally easy return trip at the end of the day. Both the novice and expert skier or snowboarder will find plenty to enjoy here. The après-ski is located at the bottom of the slopes, offering the ideal venue for a much-deserved drink at the end of busy day on the slopes. Once you""re done for the day, head back to the chalet and relax in the sauna or gather with fellow guests to catch up on your adventures.In summer, you""ll love the spectacular surroundings on offer in this charming part of Austria.
