This semi-detached chalet is located in Filzsteinalm in Hochkrimml. The luxury holiday home is furnished in a modern Austrian style and can accommodate 12 people. You'll find a fireplace and a large dining area in the cosy living room, making it a great place to stay with family or friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is available to prepare a delicious meal from scratch. There are two comfortable family bedrooms, one with a box spring double bed, bunk bed and bathroom en suite, and one with a box spring double bed, bunk bed and two further single beds. There is also a bedroom with a box spring double bed. And how about relaxing in your own sauna? Three cars can be parked near the house and there is a charging point for electric cars.
In winter, it is a short walk to the slopes of the Filzsteinalm in the Zillertal Arena ski area. You'll find a restaurant, ski school and a sports shop. You can also store your ski equipment in the storage facilities so you don't have to carry all your stuff every day. This snow-sure ski area is a fantastic winter sports destination for those after beautiful long trips over great stretches of the white stuff, while those after something less intense can take it easy on one of the blue slopes. In Hochkrimmlm, cross-country skiers can enjoy beautiful high-altitude trails. Once back in the chalet, you can light the fire and enjoy a real sense of luxury and comfort.
In summer, you'll really appreciate the surrounding scenery that envelopes this apartment. It is a beautiful area for those seeking some peace and tranquil surroundings, but there are also rewarding hikes and cycle paths to enjoy. Want even more action? You can also enjoy climbing or canyoning. There is plenty of fun to be had in the area for little ones, with many popular attractions such as the Sparrebos Castle on the Rosenalm at Zell am Ziller. Here, the kids can climb, clamber, slide, do crafts and play in the water playground. The Durlaβboden reservoir offers hours of water fun for young and old alike.
