Description

This luxurious apartment is located in Hochkrimml and is a perfect choice for large groups and big families, with ample space to accommodate groups of up to 10 people. The spacious living room has impressive high ceilings and a fireplace, with plenty of seating so everyone can kick back and relax at the end of a long day. There's also a generously proportioned dining table to ensure nobody is left without space come mealtimes, while the kitchen has everything you need to whip up a storm. The kitchen also includes a second, smaller dining area. In the loft space, children will find plenty to keep them occupied with a designated play area, which includes its own television. There are four bedrooms in total here, three of which have double beds and one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. Two of the three bathrooms boast baths, ensuring you've somewhere to unwind and rejuvenate after an active day on the slopes.

In winter, you'll love the proximity of this property to the first-rate ski area of the Zillertal Arena. You're only a short stroll from a wide selection of slopes to suit both beginners and experienced skiers alike, while there's an après-ski bar at the foot of the slopes ready and waiting for you to celebrate after you're done skiing for the day. Near the chalet, you'll also find a good selection of eateries so you can savour some Austrian cuisine during your stay. When you're done for the day, hang up your boots on the ski boot dryer, change into your casuals and gather around the fireplace as you plan for another day of adventure. In the morning, you can enjoy the convenience of having sandwiches delivered to the chalet, saving you the hassle of having to prep your own food. If you'd rather handle your own catering, a mini supermarket is only a short stroll away.

In summer Hochkrimml has plenty to keep you occupied. A visit to the Krimml Waterfalls is an absolute must, with some of the most stunning natural scenery you'll have seen in a long while. The surrounding region is a haven for hikers and cyclists, with a wide variety of trails and paths to pick from. If you're after something more sedate, spend an afternoon idling away on the shore of one of several mountain lakes, or hop into the Pinzgauer cable car and soak up the scenery from a premier vantage point.

Hochkrimml sits at an altitude of 1,700 metres above sea level, making it the highest village in the Zillertal Arena. Lying almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps, with the winter sports area consisting of three areas: Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten and belongs to the municipality of Krimml. You can reach this village by car or bus with ease, with plenty of conventional skiing and cross-country skiing potential thanks to the close proximity of the Gerlosplatte. From Hochkrimml, you can reach the Zillertal Arena directly via a red downhill run to Königsleiten. Enjoy endless hours of high alpine skiing in this pristine part of Austria.
