The cosy Haus Anna is located in a quiet area and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday with four people (maximum 2 adults). The apartment has a living room with a (two-person sleeping) sofa and a typical Austrian dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave, so you can get a delicious meal on the table in no time. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. From the living room and bedroom, you step directly onto the sunny south-facing balcony. Haus Anna has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
In the winter, you will be on the slopes in no time, and you will experience wonderful winter sports in the Zillertal Arena ski area. Did you know that the ski area has an almost 100% snow guarantee and over 150 kilometres of well-groomed slopes?! Here young and old, beginner or advanced, can enjoy themselves all day long. Hochkrimml is a family-friendly, quiet village with beautiful cross-country trails, a good ski school, and excellent restaurants. Breathe in the fresh mountain air during a winter hike in the area, whiz down the mountain with a sledge or plan a trip to the famous Krimmler waterfalls. There is plenty to experience here!
In the summer you can go in all directions in Hochkrimml. Whether you want to enjoy the serene tranquillity and beautiful nature or are looking for more of a challenge by bike or on foot, you are in a superb location! Various cycling routes can be followed from the apartment, and the beautiful Krimmler Achental, a high valley that is part of the Hohe Tauern, is a natural paradise for hikers. You don't have to drive far for a refreshing dip in Durlaβboden. You can participate in various water sports, but you can also take a well-filled picnic basket and spend an afternoon swimming and sunbathing. Enjoyment to the max!

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.

In der Skischule Krimml können auch die Kleinsten unter uns die Techniken des Skifahrens spielerisch erlernen. Die Skistunden für Kinder werden auf verschiedenen Niveaus angeboten. Zudem gibt es den neuen Kids-Funpark, der den Spaß komplettiert.

Het cursus aanbod varieert van groep en privélessen voor skiërs en snowboarders tot toer- en diepsneeuw ski cursussen, langlauf cursussen en cursussen voor wedstrijdskiërs
