In this attractively furnished apartment, you can celebrate a wonderful holiday with up to 8 people! The apartment is located in Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1700 metres, on the border of Salzburg and Tyrol. From the balcony, you can admire the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a comfortable seating area and you can easily prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is the perfect place to dine comfortably or to play a board game. The sleeping places are spread over three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and there is a lovely family room with a double bed, bunk beds, and a private bathroom!
In the winter, you are right in the middle of the large ski area known as the Zillertal Arena. The ski lift of the Plattenalm is connected to the popular mountain village of Königsleiten, and from there you can make beautiful day trips if you are a keen winter sports enthusiast. The ski area has suitable slopes for every level with a varied range of blue, red and black runs. At Hochkrimml, cross-country skiers can take on glorious cross-country trails. Do you fancy something different? Trying the 2 km long toboggan run is a must. It is open daily until 9:30 pm and beautifully lit when it's dark! After a long, sporty day, this Top 3 apartment offers all the comfort you need so that you are well-rested and fit for new winter sports adventures the next day.
In the summer, take advantage of the fact that you are nestled high in the mountains, the perfect starting point for hiking or cycling tours through the Alpine meadows with stunning views. Sports enthusiasts can take a mountain bike or follow an intensive hike. For a real adrenaline rush, you can go summer tobogganing over the Alpine Coaster! Get in the car and drive over the Gerlospas towards the Krimmler waterfalls, Europe's highest phased waterfall - a great day out for children (and parents!) Head to the adjacent theme park where you learn everything about the role of water in the mountains. Or enjoy the peace and relaxation in and around the chalet with a good book or a fun game.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
