Haus Patricia allows you to experience a delightful holiday with up to 12 persons. This holiday home is particularly well situated on the Silberleiten in Hochkrimml and consists of two apartments (Top 1 and Top 2), each with its own entrance. These apartments can be booked separately in summer and together in winter.The 2-room apartment (Top 2) is located on the ground floor and provides room for up to 4 people. This apartment’s living room includes a kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a sofa bed. In this room, you can relish beautiful views of the majestic mountain peaks and stunning landscapes. This apartment’s bedroom includes a comfortable double bed. In the bathroom you will find a luxurious shower, a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. After a good night’s rest, just step outside to take in the views of the mountains and feel the crisp morning mountain air on your skin. Could a holiday be any more perfect?
In winter this is a quiet but terrific place to stay for avid winter sports enthusiasts, being located right in the middle of the acclaimed Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski slopes and cable cards are within walking distance of Haus Patricia. When snowfall is ample you can even ski back to your apartment, which is of course amazing. The surrounding area is suitable for both novice skiers and for experienced skiers and snowboarders, and it contains many kilometers of ski slopes. Enjoy yourself all day long at the slopes of the Gerlosplatte, or visit the large ski area via Königsleiten, where you will find many red and black class ski slopes. Along the way you may find warmth and order tasty foods and drinks at several ski huts. At evening, pay a visit to the popular après-ski pubs of Königsleiten or enjoy a traditional Austrian diner in one of the many small restaurants. Or race down the mountain once more at dusk on the illuminated toboggan run at the Filzsteinalm, located on the other slope of the Gerlosplatte.
In summer, this beautiful mountain village is quiet and restful. The area is well suited for a nice walking or cycling trip, either by yourself or accompanied by an experienced guide. This is also an excellent place for ardent water lovers, who can go surfing, sailing, swimming or rent a pedal boat at the Durlaβboden lake. Here your kids can enjoy themselves at a large playground, while you take a break with a good novel at the lake shore. The Krimmler Waterfalls, Europe""s highest tiered waterfall, is located just an hour""s drive away and is well worth the trip. Even this drive along the Gerlosstraβe provides you with some magical views!

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
