This chalet is located on the Silberleiten at an altitude of 1,700 metres. It offers comfortable accommodation and a glorious vantage point of this picturesque part of Austria. With ample space to accommodate up to 8 to 10 people, it's an ideal place to call home for large groups or families planning a holiday. The ground floor hosts a cosy living room, which includes a wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely dining area. It also has a generous corner sofa that can doubles up as a two-person sofa bed and an additional dining area. From the living area, you can access the spacious and sunny terrace, allowing you to enjoy the landscape without leaving home. With plenty of handy safety features that will give parents peace of mind, this property is great for those travelling with little ones. There are three bedrooms in total, including two with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. What's more, there's room for two cars in the sheltered parking garage beneath the property.

In winter, you'll be in a prime location for a spectacular ski holiday while staying at this property. Firstly because the chalet is located on a snowy northern slope and secondly, you can easily walk to the slopes in about 5 minutes, but if there is enough snow and you are an experienced skier, you can ski practically to the front door. With its variety of blue, red and black slopes, Zillertal Arena is an ideal playground for skiers of all levels. Cross-country ski trails also run directly alongside the chalet. There's also a sports shop and ski school within close proximity. Once you're done for the day, head back to the chalet and leave your boots to dry on the ski boot dryer. Afterwards, curl up on the sofa and get warm next to the fireplace.

In summer, you'll find plenty to keep you occupied in this picturesque part of Austria. Pencil a visit to the Krimmlr waterfalls, or book a guided tour and see the best landmarks and sights that the region has to offer. When it comes to hiking trails and bike paths, you're spoiled for choice. To soak in some truly spectacular scenery, rent an e-bike and head off along the famous Hohe Tauernradweg. Once you're done, save your legs the return journey by jumping on the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn. You can rest and enjoy a scenic view while returning back to the comforts of your chalet accommodation.

Hochkrimml sits at an altitude of 1,700 metres above sea level, making it the highest village in the Zillertal Arena. Lying almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps, with the winter sports area consisting of three areas: Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten and belongs to the municipality of Krimml. You can reach this village by car or bus with ease, with plenty of conventional skiing and cross-country skiing potential thanks to the close proximity of the Gerlosplatte. From Hochkrimml, you can reach the Zillertal Arena directly via a red downhill run to Königsleiten. Enjoy endless hours of high alpine skiing in this pristine part of Austria.
