This semi-detached holiday home in Hochkrimml, Silberleiten is equipped for 6 people. The property is conveniently located at an altitude of around 1700 metres in the beautiful mountain scenery of the Zillertal Arena, on the border of Salzburgerland/Tirol. Flop down in front of the TV and relax in the seating area or walk out onto the terrace through the patio doors. The dining table is in the fully equipped kitchen where you have everything at hand to prepare a tasty meal. You will have a good night's sleep in one of the two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with bunk beds. In addition, through one of the bedrooms, you can reach a loft where there is a double bed.
In the winter, the ski and chair lifts are within walking distance of Haus Sonnenblick, so couldn't be handier! The Zillertal Arena ski area is perfect for both experienced and novice winter sports enthusiasts. There are many kilometres of slopes for every level and good connections with Königsleiten, Gerlos and Zell am Ziller. A keen skier can, therefore, plan wonderful day trips! Moreover, there are many other activities to do! Have you ever thought about snow tubing? Or going on a horse-drawn sleigh ride? In addition, winter sports in Austria are not complete without après-ski or a well-filled stomach, so the nearby après-ski bar with adjoining restaurant is always a popular place to be.
In the summer, you can see wonderful views from this height! You can go in any direction from Hochkrimml. Follow a walking route or get on your bike and explore the area in this way. Of course, the Krimmler waterfalls are a must; drive over the Gerlospas to the waterfalls and stop en route at the lookout points to admire them from a distance. Drive a bit further and splash in the covered Kristall (swimming) pool in Wald im Pinzgau, essential if you are on holiday with children! The Durlaßboden reservoir offers entertainment for young and old - take a walk around the lake or dive into the refreshing water to go swimming, canoeing or paddle boarding.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
